We are not liable for any misuse of products by unqualified individuals.

GENERAL CONDITIONS, ONLINE ACADEMY, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

All digital products, including the "Level Up" course, "Arch Cult" programs, masterclasses, video lessons, and proprietary techniques (collectively, the "Digital Services"), are the exclusive intellectual property of NAILS BTCH. REFUND, RETURN, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Digital Product Disclosure: By purchasing the "Level Up" course, "Arch Cult" programs, or any other digital masterclasses and educational materials, you acknowledge that the Service consists of immediate access to digital intellectual property and proprietary educational content.

  • No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Digital Services and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once the purchase is completed and the login credentials, platform access, or course materials have been delivered.

  • Technical Support: If you experience technical issues accessing your digital content, you agree to contact us at experts@nailsbtch.com within 24 hours of purchase to resolve the issue before contacting your financial institution.

Physical Products & Promotional Bundle Kits

  • Bundle Integrity & Price Recalculation: Our premium bundle kits (including but not limited to packages combining digital courses like "Level Up" or "Arch Cult" with physical products and professional tools) are sold as single, indivisible promotional items. The attractive combo price is strictly conditional upon keeping the entire package. If a customer requests a return for the physical component of a bundle, the promotional discount is automatically voided.

  • The No-Value Return Rule: Upon breaking the bundle, the digital educational services and proprietary intellectual materials retained by the customer will be instantly re-billed at their standalone, full regular retail price ($250.00). Because the standalone value of the retained digital content equals or exceeds the total promotional price paid for the entire bundle ($250.00), the remaining refundable value of the physical products drops to exactly $0.00.

  • 14-Day Return Window Policy: While we technically accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed physical products within 14 days of delivery to comply with standard platform guidelines, any partial return of an educational bundle results in a net refund of $0.00 after the retail price recalculation and the deduction of the mandatory $15.00 flat-rate return shipping fee.

  • Hygienic Restrictions: For any standalone physical items purchased outside of bundles, returns are accepted within 14 days only if items are completely unopened and factory-sealed. Open, tested, or unsealed cosmetic chemicals and liquids are strictly non-returnable due to US health and safety regulations.

Chargebacks and Disputes Any unauthorized chargebacks, fraudulent claims, or frivolous disputes initiated via your banking institution will be vigorously contested. Pursuant to our secure payment processing agreements and our Privacy Policy, we reserve the right to provide complete transactional evidence to financial institutions to resolve the dispute. This evidence includes, but is not limited to: IP logs, login timestamps, digital course progress data, shipping tracking confirmations, and delivery signatures. Initiating an unauthorized dispute violates these Terms of Service, does not guarantee a refund, and may result in the immediate termination of your B2B account and future access to the platform.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND BILLING ACCURACY

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per salon, or per order.
